Job Description

About the team and what you'll deliver...

Reporting to the SVP, Commercial & Operations, we seek a Sales & Business Development Manager to join us in the UK, France, or Germany. You will grow Trustonic’s Secure Platform customer base, open new key accounts, and manage existing ones in Automotive, Future Mobility, and IoT & Connected Devices sectors.

* Leverage your network to develop relationships and enhance partnerships with silicon providers, OEMs, and Tier 1s.
* Manage the regional sales pipeline from start to signed agreement.
* Build and maintain relationships within new and existing opportunities.
* Create and execute strategies to acquire new customers across sectors, collaborating with colleagues and industry partners.
* Lead sales campaigns to successful outcomes.
* Provide customer and market insights to support GTM strategies.
* Translate market feedback into product requirements and strategic guidance.
* Identify and support strategic partner prospects and establish relationships.
* Drive strategic account management with key accounts.
* Collaborate with the global team to maximize sales opportunities.
* Recognize security opportunities for TTSP to expand into other verticals and develop these opportunities.

Who you are...

As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you are/have:

* A self-starter who works effectively alone or in a team.
* A proven hunter with experience in opening and scaling new accounts.
* Skilled in partnership viability, deal cycles, and closing complex deals.
* A persuasive team player capable of driving consensus.
* Adaptable to a dynamic, evolving environment.
* Strategic yet hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, fluent in English and French or German.

What makes you, you...

Experience:

* Experience in target sectors and security products.
* Background in software products/services and B2B sales.
* Revenue accountability and extensive business development experience.
* Knowledge of automotive markets, IoT, and cybersecurity regulations is advantageous.

Skills:

* Building trusted relationships internally and externally.
* Business acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Up-selling and cross-selling capabilities.

Qualifications:

* Degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
* MBA is a plus, but attitude and experience are more important.
