We're working with an innovative and rapidly expanding digital investment company, currently seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-driven business that's making investing more accessible through smart technology and client-focused support.
This is a full-time, hybrid position (3 days office / 2 days home), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
The Role:
As Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, helping to resolve a variety of queries in a professional, efficient, and empathetic manner. You'll also support internal teams and contribute to service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
* Provide outstanding service and build strong client relationships
* Resolve complex issues promptly and follow up where necessary
* Work collaboratively with internal departments
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions
* Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
* Offer guidance and support to junior team members when needed
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a customer service role (ideally in finance or tech)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A solutions-focused, empathetic, and professional approach
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Discretion when dealing with sensitive information
* A positive, proactive mindset
* Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent experience)
