Full-Time Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support (Bolton, BL3)

Role Overview
* Provide 1:1 support to a primary-aged child with specific learning needs.
* Implement and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Promote confidence and independence within the classroom.
* Assist during lessons, breaks and personal care as necessary.
* Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to monitor progress.
Essential Skills
* Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Prior experience supporting pupils with SEND.
* Excellent resilience, patience and empathy.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
