The Assistant Depot Manager supports the Depot Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the depot, identifies and suggests new opportunities to grow sales, reviews the P&L, recruits, leads by example and motivates the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong working relationships with the local trade.
