Salary Details: £21,866.00 - £32,745.00

Hours: Part-time, 19.5 hours pet week, flexible (3 days per week) with flexibility around days and hours.

About the role
As our SENDCo, you will lead and manage SEND provision across the school, ensuring every child receives a high‑quality education and thrives both socially and academically.
You will:
1. Work closely with staff, parents and external professionals
2. Support and develop colleagues who are eager to learn and committed to inclusive practice
3. Play a key role in the Wider Leadership Team, shaping the strategic direction of the school
4. Collaborate with our experienced Assistant Head for Inclusion and our dedicated
5. Inclusion Team, including our Pastoral Lead, Family & Welfare Officer and Attendance Officer
6. Our Inclusion Team has even been nominated for an Inclusion Award this year — a testament to the culture you'll be joining.
