We are looking for an experienced, self driven Global Product Manager to take ownership of one of our important product lines: Hydraulic Torque within Smart Bolting. Your role
As Global Product Manager, you will own and grow the Hydraulic Torque portfolio across its full lifecycle — from strategy and roadmap development to global launches, go-to-market strategies and daily product management.
You are part of the Smart Field Product Marketing Team, and work closely with engineering teams in the UK and Sweden, customer centers worldwide, suppliers, and cross‑functional partners. Your decisions will influence the success of the product line and its alignment with our long‑term strategy.
You will report to the Global Marketing Manager.
You will:
1. Product Strategy & Leadership; Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the portfolio. Identify portfolio gaps and lead portfolio optimisation. Define competitive positioning and long‑term direction.
2. Global Commercial Execution; Lead go‑to‑market planning, value propositions, and launch enablement. Partner with MarCom to strengthen digital and market presence.
3. Sales and Market Insight; Support Customer Centers with business plan, product demos, and technical expertise. Develop impactful product training programs, value based sales materials. Visit customer centers and customers to understand use cases and drive adoption
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration; Work closely with Engineering teams in the UK and Sweden. Engage suppliers within the bolting ecosystem. Contribute actively to the Smart Field Marketing team.
To succeed, you will need
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with proven experience in marketing and/or sales with a strong technical mindset, who brings:
5. Proficiency in marketing concepts and value‑based, customer‑centric communication
6. Strong product management experience in a technical or industrial environment
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management across complex, cross‑cultural environments
8. Experience leading global product launches and driving go‑to‑market execution
9. Background or knowledge in industrial tooling, bolting, energy or similar technical sector
10. Strong commercial judgement and a strong drive to achieve targets
11. Confident presenting products both on‑site and in workshop settings
12. A proactive, self-managed approach with the ability to thrive under autonomy and within fast-paced settings.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco Bolting Solutions site in Wolverhampton UK, or our Head Office in Nacka, Stockholm, Sweden.
Regular international travel (~30%) is expected.
