Job Description
3. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
4. Support the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
5. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
6. Assist in employee relations cases, offering recommendations and solutions to resolve concerns.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
8. Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making processes.
9. Provide support in training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
10. Previous experience in a similar HR role.
11. A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
14. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
15. Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
16. CIPD qualification or working towards it would be advantageous.
