What You'll Do
Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL) to boost ticket revenue and brand awareness
Collaborate with sales, editorial, operations, and external partners to execute integrated campaigns
Manage CRM, marketing automation, email campaigns, website updates, and SEO improvements
Develop partnerships with celebrities, media, sponsors, and promotional partners to maximise reach
Analyse campaign performance to continually optimise results and report key insights
Support onsite event delivery in Glasgow (May/June), ensuring marketing aligns with the live experience
What We're Looking For
2+ years marketing experience, ideally within B2C or live events
Skilled with CMS, CRM, ESP tools, and digital content creation platforms (e.g., Canva)
Solid understanding of SEO, UX, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with creativity and energy
Passionate about delivering campaigns that engage and excite audiences
