Salary: Up to £55,000 + car allowance

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Clinical Educator to join a leading organisation delivering adult healthcare services. This national role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence clinical practice and education on a UK-wide scale.
The Role
* Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education and training programmes across adult services
* Support, mentor, and develop clinical staff to ensure high standards of care and best practice
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders nationally
* Undertake national travel as required, alongside remote working
1. Requirements
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
* Experience working within adult services
* A training or teaching qualification is desirable, or proven experience in a similar clinical education / practice development role
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
* Willingness to travel nationally
