Position Overview
We are looking for an Experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients. The role involves managing a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff, and maintaining excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
Responsibilities
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning
* Ensure staff work to task schedules and follow Health & Safety procedures
* Provide technical training as required
* Distribute uniforms and monitor cleanliness standards
* Order stocks and manage supplies
* Handle issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager when appropriate
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
* Good communication skills
* Reliable, hardworking, professional attitude
* Ability to work on a schedule independently
