Bristol Sales Manager
Reporting to the Head of Sales, were on the hunt for a tenacious, sharp and ambitious on-trade leader to join El Rayo. Youll be right at the heart of our mission to become the UKs best-selling premium Tequila, & a big part of shaping how we get there as we grow.

Youll be building and nurturing a brilliant portfolio of accounts across the South West, bringing your own energy and relationships to the role.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Nurturing a current stable of accounts and developing a commercial strategy that drives ROS growth with them.
* Securing house pour volume accounts that are going to deliver the companys commercial on trade targets across key UK cities with a particular focus on Bristol.
* structuring and submitting JBP’s across major UK groups and national accounts.
* Supporting the Head of Sales to shape our overall trade commercial strategy, with responsibility for driving growth in this channel for years to come.
* Working closely with our marketing team to develop and hone our activation strategy in the on-trade with events, partnerships, takeovers and more.
What you might look like:
* You have at least 2-3 years of On-trade experience in a sales role.
* You have a great contact list across multiple cities and the ability to effect change with key decision makers.
* A great understanding of commercials and P&L management.
* You know the UK on trade inside out, with great personal and presentation skills to be able to speak to the trade in their language.
* You think big and want to be part of something special, with a natural ability to see the bigger picture and help shape change in a young, fast paced company.
* You take initiative and bring solutions not problems to the table. You have a natural creative flair when it comes to problem solving.
* You have serious levels of organisation with great time management and planning to be able to work autonomously.
