We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a busy primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
* Manage acute and chronic conditions
* Promote health education and preventative care
* Maintain accurate patient records in line with professional standards
* Conduct cervical cytology, baby immunisations, travel vaccines, and administer Depo & prostap
* Participate in disease management and other aspects of practice nursing
Requirements
* Relevant qualification (e.g., Nursing degree or equivalent)
* Current registration with General Medical Council or Nursing and Midwifery Council
* Practice nurse training
* Experience in a primary care or community setting (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
