, where you'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations across our headquarters and factory receptions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the
Office Manager
consist of, but are not limited to:

* Lead reception teams and ensure a professional front-of-house experience for the reception teams in our Newtown headquarters and Factory
* Coordinating domestic and international travel for staff, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
* Planning and executing internal and external events.
* Managing office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
* Supporting onboarding and general administrative tasks.
* Ensure travel bookings comply with company policies and budgets.
* Maintain travel records and assist with expense claims.
* Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls professionally.
* Liaise with Site Services for maintenance and facility needs.
* Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

* Proven experience in office management or administrative support.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking tools.
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
