Role Overview
A leading specialist law firm is seeking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its national employment team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected practice operating across the health and social care, life sciences, charity and social enterprise sectors, advising on innovative and high-profile projects nationwide.
The role involves a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a strong focus on healthcare sector related work. The position is based out of the firms North Yorkshire office.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
The ideal candidate will have:
1. As a guide 1–3 years’ PQE in employment law.
2. Experience handling employment tribunal claims and contentious matters independently.
3. Strong general employment advisory experience.
4. The ability to manage ET litigation files day-to-day.
5. A commercial mindset with an interest in business development and marketing.
6. Excellent communication, organisation and client handling skills.
