Sales Administrator


Location: Guildford- Free Parking on site (Must Drive)


Salary: £27-30k (Based on Experience) PLUS 22 days holiday +BH, Christmas Parties and Team Building Events, Private Health Insurance, 7 % Employer Pension Contribution, Discretionary bonuses, Study support + SO MUCH MORE!

Overview:


Join a leading business in their field as they search for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team!


In this vital role, you will ensure the seamless and efficient processing of sales orders, working closely with the sales team, warehouse, and other departments to guarantee smooth order fulfilment. You will also manage a busy inbox and support a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities:



* Process and verify incoming sales orders with accuracy

* Input data into the ERP system promptly and precisely

* Communicate with customers and internal teams on order status and delivery timelines

* Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely fulfilment

* Maintain accurate records and documentation

* Generate invoices, packing slips, and movement certificates in line with customs regulations

* Send daily invoices and courier tracking details to customers

* Monitor order progress and resolve any issues proactively

* Support process improvements and contribute to a collaborative team environment

* Provide general business and office support as needed

Requirements:



* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative role

* Prior experience in sales administration (desired but not essential)

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

* Comfortable using ERP systems and handling data entry

* Effective written and verbal communication skills
