Join my client a leading New Homes developer specialising in countryside living. They are seeking a passionate New Homes Sales Consultant to showcase their charming rural properties, and guide buyers to secure their dream home.
Responsibilities:
1. Introduce prospective buyers to our picturesque countryside homes.
2. Tailor home presentations to highlight the unique rural lifestyle.
3. Assist buyers in understanding financing options and incentives.
4. Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
5. Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication with clients.
Qualifications:
6. Previous sales experience in New Homes is essential.
7. Experience selling off-plan.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Enthusiasm for countryside living and rural communities.
10. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
11. Knowledge of local real estate market trends is beneficial.
