Robert Half are delighted to be a supporting a business in Gloucestershire on the recruitment of a Finance Analyst to join the team and lead on the management of commission schemes.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of finance and accounting knowledge, strong proven experience in building and maintain strong relationships and excellent analytical skills.
This role is a fully remote position, with 1 day per month required in our client's Gloucestershire office. This is a full time and permanent position of 36.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst include but are not limited to:
1. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers managing all inquiries and discrepancies, as well as facilitate smooth payment processes.
2. Production and payment of commissions statements on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as generating commissions reports and analysis to provide insights.
3. Performing reconciliations of commissions transactions to ensure accuracy of financial data.
4. Supporting internal employees to assist with any queries regarding commissions.
5. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
Your Profile:
6. Exceptional communication skills, able to build relationships both internally and externally.
7. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
8. Good working knowledge of finance and accounting knowledge.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
10. Proficient in Excel, and a system savvy individual.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £32,000 plus benefits including healthcare, life assurance, generous pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and more.
