As a sous chef, you will be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for our guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional food knowledge, and use this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
* Has experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and working collaboratively with the team
* Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
