Help get better trained people to the front line faster Your role will be to deliver high quality training support (demonstration/role play/simulator control/equipment support and maintenance) to specific courses assigned to use the appropriate equipment. This role would be ideally suited to someone who has a interest in gaming (not essential) The role will be based onsite at HMS Raleigh, Torpoint - there will be a need to work 4pm to 10pm (backshift) 4 weeks out of 16 each term - backshift Is Monday to Thursday. What you'll be doing: Working as part of a team supporting instructors with simulator training Setting up the simulator training Briefing the students on what needs done Altering any simulator courses (increase/decrease speed/depth etc) Operating the simulators What we're looking for: Good IT Skills - MS Office with the ability to understand and navigate new technologies Excellent interpersonal skills Any experience within Royal Navy would be beneficial.
