The Role
As an ECT, you will:
• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (based on your strengths and school needs).
• Develop your classroom practice with the guidance of an experienced mentor and supportive senior leaders.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, inspiring curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
• Participate fully in school life, contributing to team planning, assessments, and enrichment experiences.
• Demonstrate a proactive, reflective approach as you grow into your teaching role.
Ideal Candidate
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is due to qualify.
• Passionate, energetic, and committed to making a positive impact.
• Eager to learn and develop professionally within a nurturing environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
