Production Coordinator - Film and Animation

About the Role
We are seeking a Film and Animation Production Coordinator to serve as a vital support point within a busy studio environment. The successful candidate will assist in planning, scheduling, and supporting fast-paced productions for some of the UK's leading brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Raising invoices and purchase orders
2. Processing projects through CRM systems
3. Tracking, monitoring budgets, and reporting
4. Producing shooting schedules alongside producers
5. Crew hiring: working with producers to hire crews and managing relationships with suppliers
6. Logistics and travel coordination: arranging transportation and accommodation for cast and crew
Candidate Requirements
* Strong administrative skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
* Interest or relevant qualification in the industry
* Experience in events, scheduling, or coordination is advantageous
* Valid driving license
