Account Executive GIG Retail (an Advantage Smollan company) Full Time, Permanent Salary : £24,000 - £25,299 per annum 25% bonus opportunity Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week Location : Hybrid Role - Based at our Leeds Head Office 2 days a week and up to 3 days from Home! As we continue to expand, we’re on the lookout for a driven, proactive Account Executive to help us craft standout media campaigns and grow our relationships with some of the biggest names in FMCG. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and excels at building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Role Purpose: As an Account Executive at GIG Retail, you will create impactful campaigns across various media channels to help our clients achieve their business objectives. Committed to providing personalised service, strategic thinking, and creative solutions that drive measurable success. In this target-driven team, you will support the delivery of revenue growth, working with a team of account managers to seek new media opportunities via a consultative and relationship-based sales and service approach to a small selection of FMCG brands. Key Responsibilities: Client Support & Relationship Building: To support the Account Manager as a secondary point of contact for clients, providing responsive and proactive support to address their needs and concerns. Media Campaign Building: Build and present back bespoke media campaigns which deliver against supplier and client objectives. Timeline Management: Manage project timelines and deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including media proposition, operations & creative to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives. Accuracy and Forecasting: Ensure you are maintaining accurate and up to date pipeline in systems, ensuring processes are always adhered to. Work closely with senior members of the team, providing accurate updates for internal meetings and forecasting purposes. Campaign Reporting: Understand fully post campaign analysis reports in order to plan for future activations.
