* Create Impact: Deliver seamless front-of-house experience for our members and ensure every member feels valued and inspired.
* Drive Standards: Maintain impeccable building standards and ensure health, safety, and compliance.
* Collaborate & Grow: Partner with the wider Fora team to ensure consistent delivery of the Fora brand.
* Innovate & Elevate: Bring energy and ideas to enhance member experiences and team engagement.

Requirements
This role is for you if you have:
* Experience in the hospitality, retail or co-working industry
* Experience in supervising/leading in customer facing environment
* Highly refined verbal and writing communication skills
* Good organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
* Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Individual with delivering exceptional customer service
* Very well organised & excellent timekeeping
* Professional integrity and trustworthy
