Cross Functional Operational Specialist - Tiffany Service Centre (Dartford)
Position Overview
The Cross Functional Operational Specialist is a highly skilled, service centre-based individual (located in Dartford) responsible for managing customer needs related to after-sales and servicing enquiries across multiple channels including Personal Shopping, E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Retail. The CFOS delivers the Tiffany Experience to every client and develops strong relationships by ensuring the highest service levels through excellence, innovation, and advanced technology.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Knowledge of workshop, servicing, and repair processes.
* Legal authorization to work in the UK.
