Role Description
This is a self-employed contract role for a Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist / Osteopath at Cambridge Sports Performance Group. The role is onsite and based in Waterbeach. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy treatments, supporting athletes during their rehabilitation process, and collaborating with other performance specialists to deliver integrated services. Daily tasks include assessing and diagnosing injuries, creating bespoke rehabilitation plans, conducting regular therapy sessions, and monitoring progress to ensure optimum recovery and performance. In addition to delivering therapy, you will be proactive networking and marketing to support CSPG in increasing its client base.
Renumeration: As a self-employed contractor you will initially receive a 50% revenue share of your appointments. We are a practitioner first company and where possible will look to increase this revenue share in your favour as business increases.
Qualifications
* Experience in physical therapy, injury assessment, and rehabilitation
* Skills in technical movement assessment and treatment planning
* Knowledge of sports science, strength and conditioning
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Relevant certifications and professional qualifications in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or Osteopathy and professional governing body memberships
* Experience working with athletes at various levels is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or a related field
