Reporting to the MD, as Financial Controller you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. You will oversee the full finance function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheets, and variance analysis.
2. Oversee sales and purchase ledger operations, ensuring smooth financial processes.
3. Manage cash flow forecasting and budgeting to maintain financial health.
4. Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
5. Provide financial insights to senior management to support growth and decision-making.
6. Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and regulations.
