Chartered Building Surveyor
We're currently on the lookout for a Chartered Building Surveyor with a passion for innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy in London. As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you'll be tasked with delivering exceptional services across a variety of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, and public sector projects. Your duties will include but not limuted to
* Leading your own projects and collaborating with the team on building surveys, dilapidations, PPMs, condition surveys, and defect analysis reports.
* Preparing specifications and tender documents.
* Preparing notices, negotiating terms, and taking schedules of condition.
* Offering expert advice to clients, keeping them updated on progress
* working collaboratively with a highly experienced team.
Naturally a role of this stature requires a solid academic and commercial background. Applicants should posess
* A degree in Building Surveying.
* MRICS Chartered status or a strong commitment to achieving it.
* Proven project management experience in surveys, dilapidations, and repairs/maintenance.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD
* A full driving license.
The successful applicant should anticipate a varied workload from pre-acquisition building surveys for a commercial clients to tender document preparation for public sector project.
