The Role
Seeking a motivated Assistant Site Manager to join our team on a new residential development. This is a great opportunity to work closely with an experienced Site Manager, helping to oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish. Youll be key in ensuring our high:quality homes are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Site Manager with daily site operations and project coordination.
* Supervise on:site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.
* Enforce and actively promote a safe working environment and all health and safety regulations.
* Monitor site progress, quality standards, and project schedules.Manage project documentation and communicate with all on:site stakeholders.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in residential construction.
* Valid SMSTS and CSCS cards are essential.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols and building methods.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.A keen eye for detail and the ability to read technical drawings.
