The Role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality teaching in Level 3 Electrical Installations, supporting learners to develop both technical knowledge and industry-ready skills. You'll be joining a committed and well-resourced construction department that prioritises student outcomes, quality delivery, and staff development.
What You’ll Need:
A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
Industry qualifications and experience in electrical installations
Experience teaching at Level 3 (essential) or working with apprentices Salary & Benefits:
£41,774 – £49,391 per annum
Up to 53 days of holiday (including bank holidays and closure days)
Outstanding pension scheme – Teachers’ Pension with 28.68% employer contribution
