Overview
We are seeking an experiencedElectrical Engineerto join a growing building services team coveringWest London. You will carry out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties, with strong opportunities for training and progression.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry outPPMandreactive maintenanceon electrical building services systems.
2. Inspect, test, and maintain electrical plant including:
* Lighting & emergency lighting
* Power distribution & 3-phase equipment
* Consumer units, switchgear, and control panels
* Motors, pumps, and associated electrical assets
3. Perform electrical fault-finding and repair work efficiently.
4. CompleteMinor Worksand provide relevant electrical certification.
5. Ensure all work complies withBS 7671and site health and safety procedures.
6. Maintain accurate documentation, service records, and job sheets.
