Job Description
Join us as a Data Transformation Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract where you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a fit-for-purpose records keeping platform by transferring historic hard copy medical records to a modern digitised system that enables compliance with data guidelines and efficiencies in searching and reporting on medical data.
Your Duties will include
* Ensuring retention and storage of digital documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements.
* Ensuring management of sensitive health and wellbeing data.
* Transferring hard copy health records to the digitised system.
Audit & Compliance
* Conduct regular audits of digital system to guarantee consistency and adherence to standards.
* Ensure compliance to data protection regulations.
Health & Wellness Integration
* Align Crop Nutrients record management with Anglo American requirements through the digital system.
* Ability to use multiple systems for data management.
Qualifications
* 2 years experience in a similar role
* Evidence of experience working within a role handling sensitive data (desirable)
* Experienced working in a dynamic team
* Working knowledge of MS Office suite
Technical Skills
Data & Documentation Management
* Digital Records Management Systems: Proficiency in managing Electronic Document Management Systems.
* Data Migration: Ability to digitize and transfer historical hard-copy records into secure digital systems.
* Data Governance: Knowledge of data lifecycle management, retention policies, and legal compliance frameworks.
Audit & Compliance
* Regulatory Knowledge: Good Understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
* Project Management: Proficiency in tools like Civica for managing implementation projects.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Collaboration Platforms: Skilled in using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
