IT Service Desk Operations Support

A bit about the job:
You'll help oversee the day-to-day running of our IT Service Desk, making sure our live chat and telephony platforms are well-staffed and running smoothly. You'll work closely with team leads and other support colleagues to align skills with schedules, support junior analysts, and contribute to service improvements. This role sits within a collaborative and supportive team that's focused on delivering great service and continuous improvement.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Experience in a call centre or IT service desk environment
* Strong organisational skills; scheduling experience is a bonus
* Confident using Microsoft Office and analysing data
* Great attention to detail and communication skills
* A proactive mindset and ability to spot patterns in demand

* Starting salary £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
