Your new role
1. Attend and actively contribute to internal stakeholder meetings.
2. Ensure all tasks arepleted in accordance with data confidentiality requirements and GDPRpliance.
3. Identify potential nonpliance issues within established processes and escalate them to the Exam and Results Services Managers.
4. Resolve service tickets proactively and efficiently, meeting agreed KPIs.
5. Highlight and escalate any significant issues or incidents to the Exam and Results Services Managers.
6. Assist in resolving major issues and incidents as needed.
7. Identify emerging trends and support their investigation and reporting.
8. Take ownership of proactive and effective problem‑solving.
9. Collaborate with coordinators and managers toplete root cause analysis for incidents and significant issues.
10. Work in line with exam and results service SLAs and KPIs.
11. Support the Fulfilment and Operational Delivery teams in maintaining effective control of exam and results services to achieve key internal and external KPIs and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
12. Contribute to internal and external audits when required.
13. Provide support with incident management within the Fulfilment and Operational Delivery team.
