Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located at Tregoad Holiday Park in Looe. The role involves supporting daily operations within the park, ensuring guests have exceptional experiences during their holidays. Responsibilities may include facilitating guest services, assisting with holiday home sales, maintaining the park's facilities, and collaborating with team members to exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
* Ability to manage on-site operations, resolve issues effectively, and ensure smooth park activities.
* Basic knowledge of sales processes, holiday home sales, or a similar field is advantageous.
* Organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
* Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or park management is a plus.
* Must have reliable transportation to and from the park in Looe.
