What You'll Own Multi-channel sales strategy across foodservice, retail, and B2B ingredients P&L management and pricing strategy for multi-million-pound portfolios Building and leading high-performance sales teams Key relationships with senior buyers at major retailers, QSRs, distributors, and ingredient customers Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, and Marketing to drive innovation What They're Looking For Proven success selling into foodservice operators, retail chains, and ingredient buyers (QSR, CPG, co-manufacturers) Experience across branded, private label, and ingredient portfolios in sectors like protein, bakery, snacks, dairy, or prepared foods Strong technical understanding of ingredients, formulations, and manufacturing processes A track record of double-digit growth, securing national listings, and building winning teams The ability to translate consumer trends into commercial opportunities
