We're looking for 1x Support Worker (part time) in the Nottingham area who is passionate about helping individuals in the community live fulfilling and independent lives.
Being a Support Worker in social care is incredibly rewarding. You'll build strong relationships, support people in achieving their personal goals, and be part of something truly meaningful.
Your Role Will Include:
* Helping with everyday tasks - cooking, dressing, cleaning
* Supporting hobbies, social activities & community trips
* Administering medication (as required)
* Writing daily care plans and keeping accurate records
* Promoting safety, dignity & safeguarding
