We’re a leading organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism. Maes Y Coed is our latest home in the Pembrokeshire area, near Pembroke Dock. Our Maes Y Coed home is a welcoming environment comprising four individual flats situated on the grounds of its sister service, Bangeston Hall. Maes Y Coed takes pride in its commitment to providing personalised care packages that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident. We look forward to opening and welcoming our individuals to their new home. Although this is a night position, it is subject to change to meet the needs of the business.

A typical day in the life at Maes Y Coed may include:
1. Ensuring residents' physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment.
2. Supporting our residents during recreational activities, outings, and community integration.
3. Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence, celebrating achievements and milestones.
4. Working together to ensure support is tailored to individual needs.
5. Keeping accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents.
6. Performing general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
