Media Futures Market is a high-growth, independent, media agency. Built on a belief in the power of integrated creative and media, MFM puts the advertiser interests at the heart of everything we do. We work in-house with creative agencies, working as their media department, and also direct with advertisers to deliver results-driven media that amplifies great ideas.


We’re looking for an ambitious Campaign Manager who shares our vision. Someone who is detail oriented, analytical and pro-active in identifying ways to optimise campaigns and improve client experience.


As a key early hire, this is a rare opportunity for someone to shape the future of a fast-growing business while working with clients who value strategic, evidence-led media investment. This is the right role for someone who thrives where operational excellence meets great client service.


This is a pivotal role in shaping the UK expansion of Media Futures Market. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to be part of a business that’s redefining how media and creative work together.

The role will involve managing both international and UK campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement.


You will work closely with MFM’s account leadership to deliver omnichannel media campaigns. Managing campaign timelines, coordinating delivery, overseeing performance tracking, and managing relationships with media owners and tech partners.


You’ll be hands-on in managing live campaigns, shaping internal processes, and supporting clients with insightful, actionable reporting. Occasional international travel may be required (to the US, Middle East and/or continental Europe).



Responsibilities


* Run the day-to-day management and optimisation of live media campaigns across multiple clients and channels.
* Coordinate internal and external teams (creative, media owners, tech partners) to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
* Monitor pacing, performance, and budgets. Identifying and resolving issues before they impact results.
* Produce clear, timely client reporting that focuses on insights and actionable recommendations, not just data.
* Maintain best-in-class operational standards, ensuring campaigns launch and run smoothly with full transparency.
* Support the development and improvement of internal systems, workflows, and QA processes as the business scales.
* Contribute to shaping how MFM delivers campaigns, implementing new processes, setting high standards for clarity of expectation, responsiveness, and accountability.



Skills, Experience & Approach


* 4+ years’ experience managing multi-channel media campaigns, across both brand and performance activity.
* Strong understanding of campaign delivery processes across digital and offline channels and how to bring them together effectively.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and comfort working across multiple accounts.
* Confident working with data, able to interpret performance metrics and draw out meaningful insights.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to work credibly with both clients and partners.
* You will have high standards, expecting the best from yourself and others.
* Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment a plus. You’ll need to be comfortable working autonomously and actively contributing to business growth.
* A genuine interest in how creativity and media can work better together to deliver more effective results.

Package and benefits

- Hybrid/Flexible Working. We work in London, value time together during the week, and flex to suit client needs. But also recognise the need to flex around real life and personal productivity preferences. Also open to 4 day working week or 9 day fortnight for this role.

- £40k base plus bonus

- Generous stock appreciation rights - vesting after 1 full year, backdated to start date
