* Remote/Hybrid working
* £45,000 - £55,000 plus commission and company car
* 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Responsibilities
* Generate new business aligned with financial targets
* Work with prospective and existing customers to devise and sell forwarding solutions
* Manage customer enquiry processes
* Report weekly business development progress to the COO
* Conduct market research to develop business opportunities
* Identify and report growth opportunities through new customers, routes, and services
Skills
* Self-starter with initiative and adaptability
* High drive for excellent customer service
* Highly organized, eager to learn and develop
* Strong team player
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good telephone manner
* Experience monitoring shipments
