Your key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming customers with a smile and genuine friendliness
* Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
* Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to Health & Safety standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
* Maintaining standards for food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
* Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
* Understanding and contributing to the restaurant's goals and targets
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking
* Reporting work-related incidents, near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
* Following procedures and wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
