Responsibilities
* Diary management
* Inbox and call management
* Scheduling appointments and meetings
* Securing reservations at top restaurants
* Medical, restaurant, and entertainment bookings
* Managing gifts and family and social occasion lists
* Overseeing an international property portfolio
* Liaising with household staff
* Assisting the family with a wide range of personal matters
Requirements
* No degree required; must be intelligent, capable, and proactive
* Strong drive and work ethic
* High emotional intelligence
* Good sense of humour
* Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
