We re seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a leading national provider in the facilities management and grounds maintenance sector. This role offers the chance to lead high-value estimating projects and make a real impact on major contracts across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Lead estimating for national grounds maintenance and facilities management contracts
* Cost and prepare service-based tenders accurately and competitively
* Collaborate with operations, commercial, and business development teams
* Engage with clients to understand requirements and scope
* Deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions to support growth
What We re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within facilities management, landscaping or grounds maintenance
* Experience of costing service contracts essential
* Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and attention to detail
* Advanced Excel proficiency
* Flexible, solution-focused approach with national travel
