Your New Role
As Interim Assistant Finance Manager, you will support the Finance Manager and wider team with day‑to‑day financial operations. Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting month‑end and year‑end processes
2. Preparing management accounts and financial reports
3. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
4. Overseeing transactional finance activities
5. Supporting audit preparation andpliance requirements
6. Providing guidance to junior finance staff
7. Contributing to process improvements and strengthening financial controls
What You’ll Need to Succeed
8. Part‑qualified or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE with strong experience
9. Solid background in management accounts and month‑end duties
10. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
11. Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into a busy finance environment
12. Confidentmunicator with a proactive approach
