Role Overview
The role will focus primarily on landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property finance, and corporate support work.
You will work with a range of clients including many household names, including some of the country’s largest housebuilders, commercial developers, investors, lenders, business owners, charities, landowners, construction firms and public sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations
* Advising landlord and tenant clients on a range of leasing and asset management matters
* Supporting development projects, including site assembly and funding transactions
* Advising and assisting clients in relation to their matters, ensuring a high level of client service is maintained at all times.
* Delivering clear, commercially focused advice in a proactive and solutions-driven manner
* Networking and business development in the Cambridge market supported by your colleagues
Person Specification
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property (ideally 2-5 years’ PQE, though strong candidates outside this bracket will be considered)
* Solid technical grounding in commercial real estate transactions
* Ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision depending on PQE
* Strong communication skills and a commercially aware, client-focused approach
