3. Maintain accurate records and risk assessments (paper and electronic).
4. Communicate effectively with families, professionals, and the wider team.
5. Foster a safe, caring, and empowering home environment.

* Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 2 (minimum), and willing to work towards Level 3.
* Solid understanding of supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.
* Competent with IT - Word, email, record keeping, and care systems.
* Strong leadership skills, flexibility, and a positive, proactive mindset.
* Experience with safeguarding, risk assessment, team supervision, and promoting independence.

What You'll Get in Return

* CPD-accredited induction and ongoing training.
* Real opportunities for career development.
* 24/7 access to Smart Health App (GP, mental health, wellbeing).
* Exclusive Aspirations Perks - retail & supermarket discounts.
* £500 refer-a-friend bonus.
* 28 days' annual leave (incl. bank holidays).
* Pension scheme (NEST).
* Flexible overtime options.
* 2x salary life cover (up to pension age).
* 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for you and your family.

Why Aspirations?
