You’ll be selling properties with considerably higher transaction values through UK agents, managing and growing their relationships, and benefiting from a strong international sales pipeline.

What you'll be doing:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with UK agents and introducers, onboarding them and guiding them to sell
* Support agents with training, marketing materials, and sales strategies to maximise results
* Drive business growth through your agent network, ensuring their clients' needs are met
* Attend property events, exhibitions, and international roadshows to generate interest and promote projects
* Guide clients from enquiry through to completion, providing professional advice and support
* Report on activity, market feedback, and sales progress, ensuring continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
* Experience in property investment, estate agency, lettings, or international property sales
* A strong network of property agents or introducers in the UK
* Proven success in building partnerships and driving sales through others
* A confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
