Overview
William Harding is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and skilled EYFS practitioner to be part of our Pre-school teams’ commitment to achieving excellence, with a possibility for a room leader post for the right candidate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward thinking staff and wonderful children.
This role is for 38 weeks per year (term time only) 32.5 hours per week

Salary type: Bucks Pay
Salary Details: Bucks Pay range 1 £23,996 - £24,950 FTE (Actual salary £17,435 - £18,128) Plus an additional honorarium payment of £2,000 per annum for the role of Room Leader
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time

William Harding School is a four form entry primary school with a pre-school for pupils aged 2 upwards. We are a welcoming, inclusive community with a diverse mix of pupils which includes an Additional Resourced Provision for pupils with Speech and Language needs and Physical Disabilities. Be passionate about EYFS, with a clear vision and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum
Be full of positive drive, energy and initiative
Contribute to stimulating, interactive, child-centred indoor and outdoor environments that enrich and enhance provision and enable independence
Use observations and any other relevant information to identify any children in the setting who are under-achieving and ensure this is shared with practice leaders
Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents, governors and wider community
Be a positive role model for all pupils
Have a relevant Level 3 qualification
