Care And Support Worker – Competitive Salary

Responsibilities
* Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
* Drive to client homes – driving is essential.
* Empower individuals to make their own choices.
* Provide personal, physical and emotional care.
* Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments.
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care.
* Follow Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices.
* Travel to ensure high‑quality care across the West Moors area.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Willingly flexible and reliable.
* Enhanced DBS check (required).
Desired Criteria
* Experience in social care or as a care professional.
* Familiarity with mobile technology for care records.
* Commitment to providing compassionate, person‑centred care.
