On site, Monday to Friday, 35hrs a week.
Your new role
1. Act as the first point of contact for queries via telephone, email, letter, or in person.
2. Handle enquiries from clients and stakeholders.
3. Ensure timely responses and resolve issues or escalate to management when necessary.
4. Perform front-of-house and reception duties, including distributing post and managing parcel collections.
5. Prepare written correspondence and process payments.
6. Support financial administration tasks such as credit control, expense reconciliation, and banking.
7. Update booking systems, reconcile invoices, and manage petty cash.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Experience in customer service and administrative duties.
9. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems.
12. A proactive approach with attention to detail.
