As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and proactive PPC Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands paid advertising inside and out, enjoys working across different client accounts, and is confident managing campaigns that drive real ROI.

The Role
You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns for a variety of clients. You’ll play a key role in improving performance, generating leads and sales, and helping clients achieve their growth goals through strategic PPC activity.
This is a flexible opportunity and can be offered on either a part-time or full-time basis, depending on experience and availability.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads
* You’ll manage and optimise campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients, working with multiple industries and business goals
* Build and maintain campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and remarketing
* Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
* Write compelling ad copy designed to improve click-through rate and conversions
* Monitor campaign performance and make data-led decisions to improve results
* Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on ad spend
* Track conversions and ensure accurate reporting through tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
* Produce clear monthly reports with insights, results, and recommendations
* Work closely with the wider marketing team on landing pages, strategy, and campaign creative
* Stay up to date with PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a PPC role, ideally within an agency or multi-account environment
* Strong working knowledge of Google Ads
* Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting
* Confident managing budgets and improving campaign performance
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into action
* Excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Strong communication skills and confidence discussing campaign performance with clients or team members
* Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
* Experience with Search Engine Optimisation
* Experience running paid social campaigns alongside PPC
* Familiarity with landing page optimisation and CRO principles
* Google Ads certifications
* Agency experience working across multiple industries
